  1. 01Confirm your residency status in Greece (or planned date of arrival)
  2. 02Identify the vehicle's country of origin and whether it is EU or non-EU
  3. 03Collect the original vehicle registration document
  4. 04Obtain the Certificate of Conformity (CoC) where applicable
  5. 05Get the proof of ownership and a recent technical inspection
  6. 06Decide on a shipping method (RoRo, container, or road transport)
  7. 07Estimate customs duty and Greek registration tax before committing
  8. 08Plan for a Greek tax number (AFM) and address proof
  9. 09Arrange Greek insurance from the registration date
  10. 10Schedule Greek roadworthiness (KTEO) where required
